While I can't confirm the Dell 20%, I can attest that HP is absolutely working. I've been wanting one of the 600 series Touchsmart PCs. This clinched the deal, ordered it, and already received the e-mail from Bing letting me know I have several hundred dollars pending from HP.

I also bought at Dell through Bing, but the transactions did not show up in Bing. How to get confirmation that I am getting Cash Back? Any suggestions..

yeah Newegg on facebook said funds ran out for bing! good thing i got in on the $400 acer lappy deal!

Dell is kinda slow in reporting BCB. After 2 days from purchase, I emailed Bing and they credited my account after I provided the order number, amount, and date of purchase. I think it is Dell's issue not Bing.
I can't even find Cash Back links when clicking on stores from the address in the OP.

Saw Lenovo has 20% Cash Back through Bing. I wonder if I can get the Cash Back if use the Black Friday 20% ecoupon which shown on Lenovo's website. Any idea?

On the Lenovo website it did said, "* Customers using eCoupons at checkout are not eligible for 20% Bing CashBack." so i am assuming its a no. But out of curiosity does this 20% bing CashBack work on Lenovo outlet? any idea?

I also need to contact Bing. My WalMart purchase (1st on bing) made verrrrrrry early this morning is not showing up. For those who have contacted them, is email our only route? I read their FAQ's and did not find a phone number.
Traditionally, how long does it normally take for them to respond? I expect the response period may be longer given the hectic time of the year.

There are no contact number for Bing. Ive tried calling microsoft and the rep told me that there are currently no contact number for Bing. All we can pray for is that they will respond back soon to our questions.
In order to get to Dell, I had to use the link in the email they sent for the Black Friday event - that took me to BING but the subject of the search was DellCashBack that didn't have a link to Dell at the top of the page. I had to remove the word CashBack to get the link to Dell to work.
BING is still cheating people out of rebates. MANY MANY people who used a 20% CashBack for Sephora's Friends & Family event were screwed out of their CashBack and never got it. Of course, BING could alleviate 90% of these types of problems if they had the pop up like Fatwallet and other sites with a transaction number and a way to record your purchase to their site records.

Finally got the Dell bing CashBack eMail. (ordered yesterday via that link)
When u click on Dell in the list of merchants you go to DellCashBack search results but there is no 20% link to follow. No bing Cash Back logo to click on.

and then i just received the 20% CashBack in my account literally 2 hours ago for 270

I did! I purchased 2 Hitachi 1TB External HD on the 26th for $89.99 each. I got my CB confirmation yesterday that I got $36.00 cb for my Dell purchase!
I purchased 4 computers from Dell and have received no email confirming CB. Grrrr. I emailed India and will see what happens.

It makes no sense to have the 20% bing CashBack though if it can not be combined with ecoupon. I wonder why they did so....
