I would call and complain. Their page says they have a 7 year shelf life.
You'd think, if anyone would know not to repost, it would be the moderator.
Sorry, but rules are rules! The moderators spend countless hours every year locking repost threads then they step in and repost themselves. The flames these reposts have gotten have caused many a thread to become very combustible.
Sorry, but shame on the moderator for reposting a multiple repost.

This is plainly labeled as an ADVERTISEMENT. If Staples wants to pay to run a paid ad more than once, who are we to say them nay? After all, FW has to make a few bucks to keep the wheels turning; this is NOT a charity...

These are the promo packs containing 4 "ULTRA ADVANCED" along with the basic Duracells???
My reward check finally showed up in the mail today. It was short $25.98 (two packs of batteries). A call to Staples at 1-800-333-3330 got the problem fixed. Another rewards check is supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. It would be nice if Bing and Tracfone corrected their mistakes so easily and efficiently.

I haven't received mine yet. But, when I asked them for the amount it was $25.98 short as well. I realized it afterwards. Good tip. I will call them to get it fixed. Mine was $13 short - am I seeing a pattern? And they never sent my backpack reward - I had to call and ask for that one too. I hope they start fulfilling their rewards correctly.

I received my reward today. Same story $25.98 short. How come this is so systematic?

Better that than completely random. They seem to have some issues with the order date being transposed with the ship date which caused the first purchase (which was on a Friday) to skip into the next week.
