The domain name was only registered in September of last year..and they only purchased a one year registration. (ie the minimum you can get). Sorry something just seems suspect. Shouldn't the paypal verfied button at the bottom link to a paypal verification page? I would just urge people to check them out before entering their CC numbers.
EDIT: I just saw that they have a gmail account as their customer service e-mail also. Too many red flags.

they always arrive lol Hey guess what the gmail is for guys? contacting them! Who would have thought. They use it for email + live chat. Duh... It's called customer support, something DX doesnt have lol

In for one bag. I'm a big sucker for itty bitty cheap LED flashlights sent from China, and tend to buy zillions of them. They all seem to arrive ok, and they all seem to work ok. I haven't yet tried this particular company till now.
The more you buy, the longer the batteries will last, because you can't use all of them at once. New batteries will probably cost more than the flashlight with batteries, because you won't get the same discount. If you buy these flashlights from a number of different companies, such as Meritline etc., you don't risk much money on any one unknown company. Unless $1.99 is "much money" to you.
gmail is pushing its use to businesses as well, a small business can have a gmail address and still be legit. I think this site is just another DX in its infancy though.
