TI-89 Titanium $79.97 & TI 84+ $69.97 @ Costco Sacramento YMMV My Son Is A 2ed. Year Engineering Student, I Called Him Tonight And Gave Him The Price. He Said That Price Is A Hot Price And Buy It. He has a TI 83 right now. He is done with Calculus 1,2 & 3 , But he starts Differential Equations Monday.
Most Colleges will not let you use a TI-89 for Test. But Big Help For The Prep.

I was allowed to use it, and it helps BIG time. With most Diff Eq you still need to show work, but it will help him check is answers. Makes matrix identities very easy.
I am a freshman and we are not allowed to use it in Differential Equations (took that first semester) or Linear Algebra (currently taking). I got college credit for all three calculus classes but I know 99% of colleges will not let you use them. Not much use in calc III since most of that is done on computers.
