Just fyi, that new $10 off $30 wifi coupon does not scan in their computers. I guess it is legit but, to Kohls it looks fake. They will have to manually override the transaction to give you $10 off. Its kind of a pain in the ass. Some managers may deny you.

Nah. Most people attempting to use it today have reported the coupon not working already. I used it twice and both had to be manual overrides. It comes up invalid. I think its valid for only those stores with wifi access. Or its possible they fixed the issue, because as of 4pm pst today when I was last at Kohls, the coupon does not scan in the computer.
Theres multiple threads on various forums full of people having the coupon denied.

Online it is $79.00, in store was yellow-tagged at $63.xx, but with 30% coupon and $10 off $30 got the set for $28.62 out the door. Nice set for summer I think... All thanks to FW contributors...

My Kohl's told me that I could do an even exchange for any item that was exactly the same price of the item being returned. Not all Kohl's are as customer oriented as mine but it's worth checking if they will do this for you.

I am deleting this from QS, any objection, just put it back. It's directly from Kohls site, but both paragraphs say the same thing. They don't even mention if you haven't used your KC it gets voided. I *think* I made it make more sense "When you return merchandise from a purchase that earned Kohl's Cash, you will get a refund in the form of your original payment, and it will decrease the value of your Kohl's Cash.
Already spent your Kohl's Cash? If you have already used your Kohl's Cash coupon, you will get a refund in the form of your original payment, and the amount of the Kohl's Cash will be deducted from your return amount."

Yeah the web site was vague in that it would just say your order would be "adjusted," whatever that means. I'm surprised they would give it back to you as Merchandise Credit. That opens up additional options...
Returns with KS is always a store credit. Ive done a few of them. Im not sure if it takes a certain time period for that though. I had a few things I returned like a year or so later heh.
