Staples
Need a Staples coupon that earns Up to 2.5% Cash Back?

what zip? still not available for my area yet

all zips work that i tried.

funny ct zips are still not working yet, but yours work fine. It may have something to do with Staples having to make special ads for ct that show the before rebate prices instead of after rebate prices for legal reasons in ct.

Nothing good in the upcoming add.

Did you miss the 3 4Gb thumb drives for less that $15.00?

RE:

$50 trade in

They all look at me weird when I trade in the brand new never used, (minus a few items) HP 8000 printers

In the past....
eBay sellers were converting the code to a coupon that did not mention furniture.
In store they were useable most of the the time,
though the screen the cashier sees and the the store receipt would show the 5 digit code, amount and good on furniture.

Actually, the sellers were photo shopping (or similar) and putting the code on a genuine type coupon not limiting
it to furniture.

Wow so you copy and paste then bring it in, I'm guessing no go for online

thanks

There was no converting at all. The sellers were committing outright fraud by editing the pdfs provided by Staples.

I guess I had wishfull thinking..

I also wonder if the black friday sale was the end of the peachtree free after rebate deals. Next week's ad has the Peachtree Pro for $49.99 (no rebates).

You can get one Staples brand 4Gb USB drive for $6.99 (page 1) unless you insist on being color coordinated in which case you can get the Sandisk 4Gb drive for $14.99 (page 3). How 'bout one of each and only use the Sandisk for special nights out on the town!

Thanks OP! But, deal-wise, this ad is horrible!!! Besides the flash drive, there's nothing else even remotely warm.

There are plenty of items that are remotely warm!!!

No decent LCD monitor deals! Dammit, I should of jumped on that 20" Acer in last weeks ad.

You mean THIS weeks ad? Most stores my way have em in stock still.

where is the $7 usb driver? i just saw the $15 sandisk on the first page?

The printer deal sounds great until you realize that Staples counts the printer trade-in as a coupon and doesn't let you use your $$ off $$$ coupon to sweeten the deal. I paid $61 for an HP Photosmart Premium today (using some battery reward dough from December.) Not too bad, but it would have been even sweeter had I been able to use the coupon I got from http://www.e-junkie.com/Staples-coupons . Coupon4u made it easy to get the coupon - too bad I couldn't use it. Now I'm on a mission to find a great deal to actually use it on. lol

Read OP again and read carefully.

Worked fine for me twice in 2 diff stores, and for many others. No problem using 25/75 instore (should have been for phone/online only) and also used a 25/100 (also should have been online/phone only). On that one I forgot to pick up a filler to get it over $100 was 99.98, but they just overrode it even though I said I would go grab something extra.

I had just offloaded a bunch of used free Del1 inkjets to Goodwill the week before the Office Despot tradeins, so I was stuck going to some local thrift store to pick up used printers for a couple bucks. They were far from brand new. Fugly!! No way they would have actually worked if someone was going to buy them to actually try to print..

Read here and then read again.
And if you did what I told you, READ the Op, then you should have then known where to look and from looking there you would have seen why it was $7.

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day checking fatwallet, wondering where his damn fish is! Thanks for the deal OP!

just went to my local Staples and traded in both of my old broken printers. walked out of the store with the lexmark Interact S605 and the HP Photosmart Premium for $165. Could not believe it. Couldn't thank fatwallet enough for bring this HOT deal to my attention.

I'm even asking buddies of mine for printers that any of them may have that are old and broken. Have to love Staples.

I went for several of the Epson 610
$49.98 OTD
1/4 the regular price.

And a bunch of the HP Photosmart Premiums.

ALL trade ins were brand new, minus ink and power adapter
d4360 and d2660 those were all FAR.
And some 6000 and 8000 not FAR but cheap

If you want to take full advantage of this printer trade-in/recycle thing and you want to buy for instance a $100 printer on sale and have a Staples reward coupon up to $75 (it can be any amount up to $75):

Let's say:
1. Buy a printer on sale for $100 ONLINE (not at the store)
2. Apply a $25 off $100 Staples coupon or $25 off $75, etc
3. Apply (let's say for the example here) a $75 Staples reward (good as cash coupon)
4. Your total paid by coupon and rewards ONLINE is $100 (this is all before taxes) and use a credit card to charge the tax portion
5. Take your old printer to a Staples store for the $50 recycle trade-in along with your online receipt
6. Store will do a return of $100+taxes back to the credit card you used to pay the taxes on your ONLINE purchase
7. Store will do a re-buy now of the $100 printer and will deduct the $50 recycle trade-in and charge to your credit card $50
8. Your net cost for the printer is now $50 but since you got $100 credit card refund that $50 net cost was really paid with the $25 coupon and the $25 part of your rewards, and the rest of your rewards ($50) is credited to your credit card. That way you get immediate cash for your rewards credited to your credit card and it has no expiration date unlike the rewards coupon.

If you are about to buy a printer and qualify for the above you may want to try this. There is no risk since the rewards coupons are to be treated like cash at Staples.
You can plug-in your own numbers in the above example.

Read the rebate form.
But, latley, I have not seen one stating Visa card,or gift card that you could not in the rebate filing online process opt for a check.
