Just saw a commercial here in Austin, TX... Looks like McDonald's is keeping the Super Bowl tradition going. But seems like the price keeps going up by 1 dollar. Was 8.99 last year here and 7.99 the year before... Available on Feb 6th and 7th.

which is about 20%.. and i know lots of people will go gaga for 20% discount
Please keep this thread on-topic. If you don't like Chicken McNuggets, please don't drag this thread off-topic just to make a point. Instead, focus on if this is a deal or not.

Thanks OP, instead of me giving you green, you gave me green!
Good deal for all the kids at my house, definite green for you, OP .
I love these things and have loved them since I was a kid! 50 for $10 bucks is an INSANE (in a good way)deal! Besides....this is Superbowl food....who gives a sh't about counting calories at a Superbowl party?

I have never found a mcdonalds near me that serves 4 piece $1 nuggets (or maybe no employees know about it). I pay more than 2$ for a 6 piece so this is a deal for me.

Now, if we can just find a place that sells buffalo wings for .20 each!
This is a normal price here every day. (NC) Some store does not post it on the wall (max package is 25 piece). But if you ask and the system should give you this price.

I can't attest to McDonald's pricing, but last time I had Wendy's nuggets (and yes I think they're better) they were 5pc/99c, so 50 for 9.99 is roughly the same unit price.

Hey now, that's not fair. It's spreading crap like this that perpetuates the disrespect that these employees get from almost every customer that walks into the place. I personally (and I know many others) worked at a Burger King for several years while getting through college... a lot of people would come in the store with a prejudice that the workers were all lowest-class citizens, and would unjustly treat us like it. A lot of it was terrible really, but I actually had tons of fun and actually didn't make too bad a wage there. So please, keep FW on topic, stop trying to be funny, and keep the stupid comments to yourself.
other fast-food snackable sized items for a superbowl party... the double cheeseburgers for a $1 (the BK deal is actually a bit better) work great halved or quartered. put a pile on a platter and viola! platter of burger bites for $10.
yea, the martha stewart types that slaved over their fancy hors d'oeuvres will think you are lazy a hick, but just watch and see what gets eaten first...

yeah lonestarguy. Your anti-Burger King prejudice has no place in this society! Has the 1964 Civil Rights Act taught you nothing??
I was gonna bring my specialty dip to the Super Bowl party, but with this deal I have to bring McNuggets! Hope everyone else doesn't have the same idea or we'll end up with 500 of them! When I think of Super Bowl I always crave the MCD.
