Thanks, I came close to buying @ full retail today but figured I'd check FW first.

Filler for free super saver shipping

I just saw this on Amazon for 18.99 if you download.
Linky

EDIT: This one doesn't support State.

Just in time, thanks!

Green for you!! I just did the download deal!! Thanks so much. Don't forget you can write off this money too!!

Dam, just my luck.
I bought this thru Amazon a couple weeks ago when it was $35.
Win some, lose some

Actually that "writeoff" is subject to a 2% floor. So unless you have substantial other relate expenses, you're not really writing off this expense.

My g/f and I both have to file fed. and state. This allows 5 federal, but only 1 state, and looks like it is 29 for an additional state. Would it be best to just download this twice to get the additional state?

Fine with me, we don't need no stinkin' state Tax software here in Florida

Sorry, what I meant was we both live in the same state, but this software says it only does 1 state return, and each of us need to do one

Time to get marrried, it will save the e-file fee! If you were a true fatwalleter....

Marriage is not for a true fatwalleter

I wonder if that $10 Rebate Cpn is in the box of the physical CD ??? I'm tempted to buy anyway hoping it may be. Been waiting too long for some kind of deal. BTW price has been rounded up to $25 even --- no need for filler to get free shipping.

BTW Congrats to the Saints & Drew Brees --- greatest of all Purdue QBs !!

The "1" state, means it include your choice of one state's tax software, not that you can only create one return. If the state is like the federal (and I don't know since I don't use state), you can create as many returns as you want, just save them with a different name.

A true fatwalleter would break up with his GF, file his taxes and have her do her own, then get back together with her after they finished their taxes...

Thanks, OP!

Have been checking the Dollar Tree store for TaxCut to show up, nothing so far....but since H&R has this,,,guess it wont...

I downloaded the 18.99 since you can file Ohio's online for free.

Thanks!

Most people can go the "freefile" route through the IRS website link. http://apps.irs.gov/app/freeFile/jsp/index.jsp?ck

I bought this combo from Amazon a week ago and already have my taxes filed.

You still have to pay for state e-file with this deal so that's not so cool.

One other thing to do is go to Amazon and get your product key in order to do the e-file. I had to dig around to find it but it's there.

Or you can just print it out and put 1-2 stamps on there to save the fee!! That is what I am doing. Post office is on the way to work as well!

OK, I bought the CD-ROM from Amazon for $25 FSS. Still hoping to find a printed $10 rebate form. Hoping there might be one in the box.

Nope got mine last week. No rebate coupon.

This IS TaxCut. TaxCut doesn't exist anymore and is now called H&R Block at Home.

Thanks!
But you need the state software too!

Amazon Gold Box price for the CD is $19.99 today.

Missed out on this deal. Any one have any thoughts on future deals. Seems this was one of the last deals out there for TaxCut.

TigerDirect is selling the OEM version of this on eBay for $23, free shipping.

Search for "block deluxe oem" at eBay to see it.

Bump ... back to the $24.99

Other than yesterday's $18.99 Lightning Deal, $24.99 is the cheapest it's been for in awhile.

This only included the Federal, not the State, in spite of the photo showing the one with the State version.

No. It includes one state. UPS delivered my copy today. The box looks exactly the same as the retail where it shows "+State". I installed it and downloaded California without any problem.
