I have been using Fax Machine to send & receive purchase orders.
How does this work? For example, I have a PO in PDF how do I fax through them?

I've been using rapdifax for several years. It's ok, but likely overpriced if you fax much, in light of the other options posted here. I'd change but I like the fax number we got. Also, I have no idea with regards to security of faxed information.
I use onesuite.com. Unlimited incoming faxes for $1/month. If you need to send faxes it costs $2.95/month for unlimited incoming and between 1.9-3.0 cents/minute to send.
For many years, I was trying to find a way to send fax via my cell phone. But no luck, therefore I am still using phone land line to send and receive fax.

TrustFax's cheapest option is $30/year (~$2.50/month):
* 50 Send/Receive Pages * 150 Bonus Receive Pages * Faxes Sent To Your Email * US Local Fax Number (Upgrade to 800-number for $10/year more).
agreed, i'ved used trustfax since 2006, one line for business and one for personal...I've been very impressed....its an oustanding deal
