I tried to setup with iphone in ATT, but there is a footmark like shown below: so, iphone doesnt qualify.
*Requires purchase of a $30/mo data service. 2 year contract & new activation required. Limit 2 iPhone devices per household when ordering online. iPhone does not qualify for the Bing CashBack program.
AT&T and Microsoft Bing are teaming up to offer buyers CashBack rewards ("Bing CashBack") on their eligible purchases on wireless.att.com. This program is a great way for you to save money when you shop online as you'll earn a percentage of the eligible product price as CashBack.
Conditions and Limitations
In addition to the terms and conditions set forth below, your participation in the Bing CashBack rewards program (the "Program") on www.wireless.att.com is subject to the Microsoft Service Agreement at http://tou.live.com, including, without limitation, the terms applicable to the Program included at section 17 in the Microsoft Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these additional terms and those in the Microsoft Service Agreement, the terms below control for your participation in the Program on www.wireless.att.com.
1. Additional Purchase Requirements. Your ability to earn Bing CashBack from www.bing.com for purchases on www.wireless.att.com is subject to the following requirements in addition to those included in the Microsoft Service Agreement:
i. To be eligible to earn Bing CashBack, you must access AT&T through the search engine on www.bing.com and must successfully complete an eligible purchase on www.wireless.att.com within the same web browsing session that was initiated via the www.bing.com search engine, which session cannot exceed 24 hours. Such 24 hour period shall be referred to herein as an "Online Session".
ii. You must either (a) activate new wireless service on a qualified rate plan with a two year contract or (b) extend a qualified rate plan for existing wireless service for an additional two year period, if upgrade eligible pursuant to AT&T's general upgrade eligibility requirements.
iii. Bing CashBack will apply to the price of a single wireless device with a qualified activation or term qualifying term extension and accessories from www.wireless.att.com during a single Online Session. Bing CashBack will not be applied to any additional purchases. The price of accessories will qualify for Bing CashBack only if purchased with a qualified device and activation or qualified term extension.
iv. The Bing CashBack that you are eligible to obtain in connection with the Program will be identified on the www.bing.com search page and on the interstitial/registration page (for those not previously registered for the Program) and will be equal to a percentage off the final sale price of the total qualified purchase during the Online Session (excluding shipping and handling fees, insurance fees and other such fees).
2. In addition to exclusions contained in the Microsoft Service Agreement and those included above, the following purchases on www.wireless.att.com are not eligible for Bing CashBack:
i. iPhone devices, GoPhone (prepaid devices) or Premier corporate customers or employees of Premier corporate customers.
iii. Purchases that have a total point of sale due of zero.
iv. Purchases made through any other AT&T site; www.wireless.att.com is the only AT&T website that is participating in the Program; purchases on any other AT&T website will not be eligible for Bing CashBack.

You dont want the iphone! Get android OS, it blows the iphone out the water. Iphone is old news. Android will be taking over. The iPhone is lame overhyped junk. Android lets you customize your phone so much. The only thing the iphone might have over the android phones is game apps, i dont use my phone for games, so really couldnt tell you. Plus you have 24 hours to get a refund for an app if you dont like it, I dont think apple lets you do this! Also if your root your phone, you can do so much more cool things with it.
Not to mention ATT is a crap network. They claim to have fast 3g, but you have to be somewhere that you can ACTUALLY get 3g, I have several friends with the iphone, and most bitch about dropped calls and slow downloads. Verizon is where its at, sure its more expensive, but you can get unlimited data, texts, and calls for like $100 a month now. Sure its a little bit more, but reliability is worth it. Also some companies offer about 20% discount on verizon monthly bill, check and see if your company offers this.

This is the closest post I have ever read to being a commercial while definitely not being a commercial. I feel like I just walked into the Verizon store and talked to one of the overzealous sales folks who believe in their product (good for them) but the love goes so deep that they ultimately buy into every single word that their own commercials and Corporate tells them. I would like to hear suprisingly heavy Luke Wilson's response to your post. I'm sure they are all fantastic phones, but I'm a hater for Apple and for people who anyone financially responsible would consider as someone who can't afford a cool phone but owns one of these things. I'm really happy with my friend who can't seem to buy a round at the bar but somehow has a Droid that he bought mid-contract...he does look super cool though when he pulls it out at said bar and texts away instead of talking to the people he came to a bar with.

Take 2sec and notice the title of the post (At&T offering 35% bing CB) I'm sure there is lots of forums for "Gee My Android is Sooo Cool Cult" so please move on over to that forum as you have nothing to offer to the discussion of the deal.

How are you trying to get to bing? Do you have the bing link bookmarked? You may have to clear your cache or if you do have it bookmarked, it may be an old link?
Also maybe a popup blocker of some sort. Which browser are you using? And what version of that browser?

Well I don't work for verizon, good majority of my friends and people I know have verizon, anyone I know who uses Tmobile, sprint, or ATT always complains. I very rarely have problems with verizon. The iphone is just a hyped POS. You can't really do anything with the phone unless you jailbreak it. Apple locks so much down because they suck. With android based phones you can customize alot and with a rooted phone even more. I do like the iPod I admit, but that is the only good thing apple ever made. Their OS is crap, their computers, other electronics, and other accessories are way over priced. You can buy 2 pcs for the price of one apple or 2 laptops for the price of one macbook. Its all the same hardware pretty much on the inside, so why pay $500 more for a crappy OS?
You people can red me all you want for dissing ATT, I know the truth hurts, but I just want to prewarn people before they jump into a 2 year commitment and get garbage service. Sure ATT may be good somewhere, but they are quite lacking in quality coverage.

i got CashBack with the iphone too. Would I do it again? Probably not. Why? Ive noticed Bing has been wising up to the hopefuls. They wont give it to you. My three friends failed at doing it so that my 2 cents to you hopefuls. However, you can try. Doesnt hurt at all. You can always return it.
I just searched Bing for pre-paid phone service, T-Mobile pay as you go has 35% Cash Back. By the way, I never buy anything through Bing, so how can I get my Cash Back money? or it will be like an account and I can use the money at next purchase?
Go to AT&T's website, choose the iPhone, and in the description, you'll see the following text under the "Add to Cart" button:
*Requires purchase of a $30/mo data service. 2 year contract & new activation required. Limit 2 iPhone devices per household when ordering online. iPhone does not qualify for the Bing CashBack program.

How does at&t ship the iPhone: is it shrink-wrapped or opened (meaning they activate it before shipping)?
35% BCB at AT&T has been posted so many times that it's getting rediculous. Just a warning: If you are considering buying prepaid airtime be careful and prepare for a fight. I have purchased $100 blocks of airtime in the past and they DO NOT LIKE to give BCB for this. I have never had BCB just show up automatically as "pending" in my account. I had to email Bing with all relevant information and after everything I had supplied it looked like I was denied (I believe because AT&T was not cooperating). Then a few days later I had $35 pending in my account for 60 days. This was early last year and have no idea ifBing has made it harder/easier to get.

Yes, but on the front page when clicking the "Shop Bing CashBack" icon, the next page lists all the phones avail and the iPhone is on there in first position! If it's excluded why include it?
