I wouldn't get the chair the OP linked. Looks like another cheap chair. The seat base, arm and back moves in one motion. You can't tilt back without drawing your legs in the air. Same with adjusting the arms, you can't. The one I linked can fully adjust. I don't know if the one I linked is any good but its just another cheap option but has some adjustability.
That is why I posted a chair under $150 that is better than the op's And the ratings don't mean jack when you have the blind leading the blind baaaahh rammmm yooo

I'd say 92% is decent. Great or excellent, no.
If you took the time to read the reviews you'd see that some people weren't happy with what they bought and some claim slow delivery. Isn't that expected?
There are plenty of great reviews of this place. Page after page. Had a hard time weeding out the bad reviews.
Heck, even I have a neg on eBay only because rural delivery was slow. It happens.
Other places have this chair with great reviews and at much higher prices.
Thx for the post, OP. Wish I could find it in stock locally to try out before buying, though. Seems to be sold at Office Depot, WalMart and BJs, but I can't find anyone who has it to try out.
MaxRC said: 92% qualifies for decent ratings?92%? If you're talking about savings from the 'list price', it's almost meaningless considering how much Amazon inflates 'list' prices. Often significantly above retail. Consider the 13 sources selling the chair, most in the area of $130-$160 which gives us the real value of the chair. The highest priced is still under $250, yet Amazon inflated that by another 40% to a claim of $350 list.
EDIT: Ah, I see 92% refers to the store. Well the above still applies. Okay price, but not all that much better than other offerings.
I'm just not so sure about the chair. While it looks comfortable, the base looks like cheap plastic. After a couple $50-$100 office store chairs that ended up falling apart after a couple years, I have a different approach. I now watch for high-end used, but still in good condition, older chairs (even 10+ years) from Steelcase , Herman Miller, Knox, and others. I find them every so often at very good prices ($10-20) from donation shops and the like. They're usually made from high quality components and are significantly heavier than the common, mostly plastic, sub-$200 chairs. Despite being used, they're usually in good shape (other than needing a scrubbing) as you might expect, considering the quality that usually goes along with their $600-$800+ price tags when new. I know buying used chairs if you happen to find them isn't really comparable, but I thought I'd share. I actually have a couple spares in the garage right now, for when the ones I'm currently using wear out, just because they were such good deals.

I really want to get a leap...just too expensive for me though. Plus I don't know if the arm rests are to the front side enough for my liking, might be too far back.
I find the arm length good on the Leap. The seat base can go back and forth while the arm is still in the same position. So you can scoot back if you need the arms more forward. "Seat Depth" is the setting. Other chairs might have this as well. The back also doesnt change with the seat depth change. I sit in a Leap 8+ hours a day. I'd chose a Leap over a Lazy Boy, club chair, sofa, etc, anyday in terms of seating comfort.
Substituted my order with cheaper product. Took a full 3 months to get my money back. Even after returning the item I had to call twice after wating for 30days (as no one responded to my email) to get my credit
Also looks like they have BBB in their pocket...either they donate a lot to them or probably they have a common person on their board or something like that..BBB kept seending me messages asking if the matter was resolved but refused to take action...not a blemish on their record.
Would not even order free stuff from Shoplet..well that's my experience...I am sure they have satisfied customers too...
