These LC deals are almost always regional if they're not advertised on their website. This is one step down from YMMV.

Just called the LC closest to me, and they do NOT have such a deal on Wed. I did check website, and the dates they show are Dec 09. And, for a buck off, probably not worth anymore dicking around.
Some stores in Sac have it and some don't. It is YMMV. The one has $3.99 pretty much does it every Wed. It is cheap, but I still like the Costco for $9.99 better. Bigger and better taste for me.
Mmmmmmm.... cheap pizza. When was the last time you could get a large pizza for less than a value meal at McDonalds? Hot and Ready's in Bellingham, WA are $5.99 btw, so this deal is well worth it.

There is no such thing $3.99 frozen pizza at LC. Last time when I placed my order via phone, the LC said yes it's on sale. When I paid, LC charged $5.00. I called LC to find out why. The LC told me that "never heard any sale promotion". Save your time and energy, get out your recliner and throw in frozen pizza from your freezer in the oven. I bet you that your frozen pizza will taste a lot better than Little Ridiculous or Untrue Refurbish pizza.
