Anyone have a solid date when they are coming out on Blu Ray?

Nope, but you can sign up. I'm sure it's not going to be $20.
People are very hostile on Amaz0n too so keep the kids outdoors when reading. These folks write as if they are owed something. I love that kind of thinking it gets things done:

It's commmon knowledge that George Lucas reads the Amazon reviews, so maybe these guys DO expect things to get done based on their missives...

The features state: Commentaries for each film by Geroge Lucas and crew, plus the original theatrical versions of each movie so now I can see that Han actually DID shoot first!

I just wish Lucas would stop writing the screenplays and just direct. The man cannot pen a good story to save his life... I mean 20 years between trilogies and we get a freakin' trade war? What were the trade federation blockading? Were they making sure Jar Jar never got offplanet or what?

LOL, very true, very true! I would like to see Lucas and Spielberg team up to do an epic Knights of the Old Republic trilogy. Maybe I should write that on Amazon...

I do treasure the comment from _Big Bang Theory_:

"I want to watch the Clone Wars movie before I see the Clone Wars series. I prefer to be disappointed in the order George Lucas intended."

OOS...

first of all, the only legit version is where han shot first.

second - anything star trek related should be another thread

On backorder for me. I have been waiting for a good deal on the two star wars trilogy box sets.

Don't forget 2% eb@tes and 4% bing

Not according to my wife, "Anything with 'Star' in the title is the same thing"...

Han actually DID shoot first!

NO DOUBT!!!!!!!!!

That edit, headdodge, then shoot version belongs on the cutting room floor-
That and a cheesy Jaba tail step, looks so darn fake
I almost spit soda the first time I saw it,

Good price OP, on the set

The original three SW movies were the only good ones. I have yet to remain awake through the Jar-Jar intro episode - what was that one about anyway? The rest of the movies were made for kids.

Thanks. Over 1000K reads and not one St. Patrick's Day green.

I think some folks don't leave green unless they actually partake of the deal.
Green from me...

Damn I hate to blow more money on the Star Wars trilogy....I bought the original versions on VHS (Han shoots first), then the DVD trilogy when it came out (cool "ring" explosions, but Han no longer shoots first)....I guess I'll hold out for the BR - I'm such a sucker.

tell me about it. someone gave me red because i think that star trek should be a different thread. either that or they think that han didn't shoot first. either way i don't approve.

Awesome, my son has wanted to see these.
