These M4B files are quite interesting. The zip had three M4B files - would it make sense to combine them into one? I've been trying with Yamb and Avidemux to combine them, but to no avail.

Edit: I found that each one of the M4B files had the audio, a static JPEG image, and two text streams, one having no (0 bytes) data, and the other having no meaningful data (696 bytes). All three M4B files had the exact same image and exact same text streams, so I just extracted the image by itself. With MKVtoolnix, I appended each audio stream into an MKV. Then, with Yamb, I added the JPEG I saved and AAC stream from the MKV and muxed it all back into an MP4 file (which I could then rename to M4A or M4B).
