The Acer AS 1410-2497 with the Celeron 743 chip, posted in last week's thread, is still $379 at Frys.com until Thursday. $20 less than the AS1410-8414 listed above with the Core 2 Solo, and this one has Win 7 Home Premium instead of Vista.

Another note on the Toshiba ultrathin. Since it's Costco you get 90 days to try it and an extra year of warranty. I'm in my trial period now. So far it's a keeper.
