This may be off topic, but when I click on the Tiger Direct Sponsored Sites linkin Bing Shopping "laptops", I do not get the Bing CashBack verification screen - the one you get before Bing transfers you directly to the store. If you do not get the Bing CashBack verification screen, do you still get Bing CashBack??

Not off topic at all...at TD you will get a "bing.com CashBack amount" displayed at the checkout. If you don't see this, then I would be concerned...and retry. Also, it's a good idea to take screenshots (just in case you need them).

I had that same issue, but when you select a product and at checkout, it should show you how much CB you get, which is kind of nice, as you know for sure you are getting the correct percentage. Then right after you complete checkout, it displays a message saying something like, click hear to claim your Bing CB. It should take you to your bing account and show you have your 15% pending. At least that is the way it worked for me a couple of weeks ago. I do not know if you have to click on that last link (my guess is you have to), but it worked for me and it showed the 15% in my bing account right away. I take screen shots all along, though, just in case. And I made sure I was signed into my Bing account before clicking on the TG link, just to make sure.
Even without the CashBack intermediate screen, CashBack does show up in your bing account. and you will see the actual CashBack on your TD checkout page.

Core i3 530 chip is on sale for $99.97 at TD right now. The 15% BCB brings it down to $85 with FS (need a filler to get over a hundred bucks total.)
Best price I've seen on this little cpu to date...

I would like to know too... thanks! Not sure what trick your talking about. Assuming the bing 15%. Super on the right track but why get rid of all ad blockers?!? I use firefox and the ad blocker for it. Right click the ad blocker and click disable on bing.com

The trick we are wondering about is how to get FW Cash and bing both at the same time as indicated in the first post "If you can use the trick to get both FC and BCB then you should be in really good shape."...
It's the same trick that would get you 8%BCB @ eBay and the 1%FC...people have done this at Sears.com as well. I was able to get it to work @ TD about 4 months ago when I bought a 32" TV
I tried this the same way eBay's double dipping works, but every time I clicked through Fatwallet, the bing CashBack disappeared from the chopping cart.

yeah, it's definitely YMMV..and they may have fixed that flaw.
With the current Canon instant rebate, you can get the 7D for $1359 after BCB. Couple that with the printer/DLSR $400 rebate and you would end up with the camera and an excellent photo printer (PIXMA PRO9000) for a net of $1384.98 (plus shipping). Sell the printer and do even better. I need to sell another lens before I have the funds to pull the trigger. Hope the Bing is still active then.
Have you ever tried to put the camera in your shopping cart? TD doesn't show any CashBack for cameras, but shows CB for computers and electronics. TD even put the message that Pro9000 is excluded for CB on their webpage. rhinoman1 said: With the current Canon instant rebate, you can get the 7D for $1359 after BCB. I only see 10% here, is this still alive?
I tried searching for laptop, TigerDirect, canon 7d and keep getting 10%
I almost got a Drobo (they have a $50 rebate too from the mfg) but as I read all the reviews it seems like I will want to look into something more reliable as a data protection solution... Would have been a really good deal overall! more investigating necessary....
Right you are. Neither the Canon 7D or the printer is eligible for the CashBack. I never added it to the cart since I knew I wasn't buying right now. Sorry for the misinformation.

"It's the same tric that would get you 8%BCB @ eBay and the 1%FC...". And just what the hell is this "trick"? Seems nobody wants to point out what this trick really is. Is it for fear that the more people that know about it, something will be done to make it no longer work?

There are several threads explaining the steps...try googling "fatwallet double dip"

Does your TD account (email) have to be the same as BCB email account? I'd like to use my gmail account with TD but when it says that it will report my email to MS I ended up creating another account at TD using the same email (hotmail) as BCB. I would rather stick with my gmail if that works.

Why do you want screen shots? What exactly do you think that will do for you?
If there's a mixup on the offer - the retailers will honor the offer typically if you email Bing your screen shots. I had to use screenshots with Sears 20 % Bing Cash a few months ago. Initial Bing was 8 % in my account to process - I sent in the copies of 20 % discount via screenshots - and Sears adjusted the CashBack to match the 20 % via screen shot.
Had to jump a couple extra hoops but it was worth it
