There's only been one that I couldn't play. (can't remember the title) I rent my BluRay discs from Blockbuster, so I go through quite a bit. But updating the firmware is a must on this. It fixed loads of issues.

Is the firmware update available from within the player via internet? Or do I need to go through some other hoops?
I found the upgrade online and put it on a USB drive. Plugged the drive in the unit and followed the online instructions.

Hey I'm not familiar with these coupons can someone explain to me how I go about using a $10 coupon. I have one on hold for me at my Office deport but would love to get and additional $10 off.
