Have you had your vitamin D level checked lately? My migraines disappeared once my vitamin D level was back where it should be. As did my foot and knee pain.

My deficiency was pretty severe. I was on the 50,000 unit prescription vit D for over a year.

I think that is true. But I also think that it is true for a lot of people. We all come from various backgrounds, have different ages, different professions, different interests, etc etc.. but sometimes, to escape all of that, we come here to chat with others. It's almost as if we put on a mask over who we are and only let part of who we are be shown to other people. There's also the possibility that we show a completely different side of who we are online than who we are in real life. We might show interests about certain things here online which we dont do on in real life, and that's because we are comforted by the mask that is the internet..and also because there are others out here on internet that share those interests while we have none in real life.
I find this forum just fabolous due to the sheer differences, varied viewpoints and the very extremes of opinions that I find here. Some of the best threads I have read are also the most controversial. Sometimes, I find reading and responding to people here almost therapeutic in the sense that it calms me down when otherwise I would be worried or be sad about something.
