Ok, so I started watching people more while I'm driving (no accidents yet ). When hot girls walk by on the sidewalk, I do look, but only using peripherals.
I've noticed that a lot of men (generally older) are completely shameless. They make it absolutely clear that they're staring and sometimes even turn their entire body while sitting in their car to get a look. I don't think I've ever seen a girl on the street that was hot enough to warrant completely turning around while in a car where there's no chance of talking to the girl.
Have you seen this? What do you do?

I throw buckets of blue paint on passersby. There are some people who really like that sort of thing!

I think most girls don't feel "appreciated" when people stare at them. Although, there definitely are girls who's goal is to get guys to look, but it's usually pretty obvious who those are.

Well, yeah... It's a totally different situation though because at least if you're at the beach, you can go talk to a girl you find attractive instead of just sitting in a car dreaming, lol.
