I don't have a tv or dvd player so I can't try it for myself.

Not without converting the video to the dvd video format. If you just take the file and put it on a dvd it won't work.

Ok, thanks. If I have more questions I will be back, but will try to figure it out myself.

Can't say I've ever done it...but this looks promising...

I will give that a try, thanks

it is better to convert that into a dvd player just to be sure.

I toast titanium for mac, looks like I can select the video button, check off DVD video, drop the video(s) onto toast and it'll handle the conversion, including building menus.

Doing it now. Will report back. Only downside so far is it made me install realplayer but I will get rid of that when I am finished.

so, what is the youtube link that has you wanting to save it?
yep, am nosy.

It worked! Thanks. I went over to a friend's house to play it.

And for the nosy, I wanted to get all 8 episodes of Posh Nosh to show to my foodie friends. It has never been released on VHS or DVD as far as I can find out. Very funny. There are 8 10 minute episodes.
