First the women deliver, then they want shoes. Pregnancy only lasts so long.

before i 'spring cleaned' my closet, i had about 30 different pairs. dh built a big shoe case just for mine.
after spring clean, i have around 15. i have a lot of flip-flops & some work boots & steel-toed cowboy boots, a couple pr casual dress shoes. couple pr of sumery sandals.

dh has 4 pairs of cowboy boots, 2 pr tennies, a pair of ankle skecher boots, his work boots & his house slippers.

i think 5 good pairs

alert mods

1 pair steel toed Sketcher's work boots (zappo)
1 pair sheepskin slippers (costco)
1 pair funky Doc Marten's tennis shoes (zappo)
1 pair Simple dress oxfords (zappo)
1 pair bass Penny loafers (Macy's)
1 pair LA Gear sandals (costco)
1 pair old trashed tennis shoes (?)

I hope zappos has another blow-out sale soon, love using them, all my zaps were under $20 and they're all great.

I have shoes that I wear and shoes that are just there! Do you want to count things like the clear plastic thongs from the Drugstore with the plastic sunflower on them (something like $1.99)? Or real shoes?

I have probably
4 pairs of cute beaded sandals (from New York City)
1 pair of exercise sandals
1 pair beach mesh kind of shoes
3 pair tennis shoes (Costco brand)
dressier shoes (that I don't ever wear, with heels and stuff): probably about 5 pair
1 pair black clunky skeetchers
1 pair black shiny shiny shoes
1 plastic sunflower shoes for the beach

Probably a couple more pair I'm not remembering.

I'd rather not say. Fortunately most of them were amazing deals.

BF knows a woman who bought so many shoes she had to file bankruptcy. She owed around 50k on credit cards just for shoes.

Yep. Reading through this thread it's obvious men that we need to get back to keeping the women barefoot and pregnant.

alert mods

if I were a woman, probably 'not enough.'

I have a pair of shoes. I got them for $13. Oh, and some $70 rock climbing shoes. And I might have some busted up shoes in the closet somewhere.
