I worked very hard today, so I made myself a treat and cooked Swedish pancakes and had them crepe-style (rolled) with lingonberries and butter. I don't cook often (no fun cooking for one most of the time), so I enjoyed it (I love to cook!). Mom used to make Swedish pancakes when we were kids. That was nice.

What did you have for dinner? Did you cook, heat something up, order out or go out?

That sounds like something I'd like to try. But I've never seen lingenberries in any stores here in southern ohio. Where can I get them or some preserves made of them? Almost tried them at IHOP last week but instead went with the Double Blueberry and the Strawberry Banana pancakes mmmmmm. Next month IHOP is doing New York Cheesecake and Red White and Blueberry and Georgia Praline Peach Streusel flavored pancakes, yum!!

Ok, it was a bowl of Special K chocolate delight with fresh cut strawberries. A little healthier than a double cheesburger.

Shrimp kabobs. Dirty rice. Broccollini.

Grilled the shrimp kabobs, steamed/sauteed the rice and Broccollini.

Made sundaes for dessert, and pleased that the 19 year old actually joined us for dinner

I think I'm going to make seafood risotto tonight. Maybe I'll grab a Rita's italian ice for dessert.

A $9.00 cheeseburger at the swim meet. In it's defense, it was very good.
