oH YA, the good ole drive-through, don't see them around here but I remember my days in Illinois.
Like you said I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry.

I talked to my friend yesterday and she said they were actually driving the little car down the ROAD. Not the sidewalk, the ROAD. This is on a busy four-lane, where the speed limit is 30 but people always go at least 40 there.
