No particular number in mind. 15 - 20 probably would be nice! I lost a lot of weight (using the other formula, eat less, work out more) and now it's creeping back...

Exercise.

Start a gradual exercise routine. I'd suggest cycling, long slow rides will burn off calories and make it fun. You then just eat what you've always been eating but try to reduce a little of the intake such as 1 order of fries instead of 2.

actually, back when i was in high school, that's exactly what i ordered when friends of mine would hang out at a local restaurant after work. 2 orders of fries w/ gravy.

i really don't like fries much any more. dh likes them, and i make them for him occasionally, but i usually eat something else. i do like tatertots though. dh doesn't.
