ETA: Allow me to qualify this by saying that I don't wish that anyone gets hurt. The reason I call "dumbass" is that no one ever gets away when running from the cops, unless their car can sprout wings and jet engines and fly away. Running only endagers others and leads to a WHOLE bunch more charges than if you just stopped and took the hit.
