There was a pretty f-ed up story a few years ago about a man who had oral sex with a woman (no intercourse, just a BJ) but she then kept his semen in her mouth and later, uh, inserted it into herself. I know this sounds like an urban myth, but if you run it through google you'll see it was a legit case.

i think i recall that story. didn't know what the outcome was though. that is where i don't agree w/ the law. but most laws have loopholes.

Then there's always the "oh don't worry, I'm on the pill" lie that some psychos will tell in order to get guys to get them pregnant. In theory I don't think a guy should be on the hook for child support in those sorts of situations, although realistically I understand that it's impossible for the courts to sort through the thousands upon thousands of he said/she said cases that result.

I guess the lesson is if you really don't want to be having any babies, use a condom even if she says she's on the pill. Not a bad idea anyway, since the pill does fail sometimes, plus there is always the possibility that she forgot to take it or that some other medicine interacted with it or whatever.

Oh I absolutely agree, however that doesn't make it any less immoral and despicable to lie about something that has the potential to affect someone for the rest of his life.
