On Tuesday, United Airlines spokeswoman Robin Urbanski issued a statement about the incident.

"This has struck has a chord with us. We are in conversations with one another to make what happened right, and while we mutually agree that this should have been fixed much sooner, Dave Carroll’s excellent video provides United with a unique learning opportunity that we would like to use for training purposes to ensure all customers receive better service from us," the statement said.

I still like them though, they fly some of the nicest equipment out of here.

On side note, his video looks professionally done. Either he has bucks or someone else backed it.

So the guy is a Guitar Hero?

I know UA takes a lot of heat but they've gotten me home twice when I wasn't even ticketed on UA. Once, in Denver, they bumped another passenger from a full 757 because she was late to check-in, but I'm pretty sure she never showed up at all.

PS> They paged her several times so it's not like I really got someone kicked off the plane.
