My boss got one when it first came out (because he killed his previous bb by dropping it in the toilet).

When he was waiting for it to ship, he kept going "storm is coming!" and I kept thinking it was about to rain.

Take it back and get a Tour. I've had zero issues with mine.

the new OS was updated and makes this BB a usable phone.. very much like the iphone now except the iphone has way more apps and crap for it.. love the google maps app and the bb scanner too
