ok.. i had never seen the series before.. but the first episode just finished.. and i'm hooked.

Between V and Flash Forward, ABC has me hooked.

I just watched it also, it was pretty good. I like Elizabeth Mitchell, she's been on Lost the past few seasons.

Yeah, a fan of the 80's episodes. So, I'm in.
I do think they gave away a LOT in the first episode. Obviously not the same writers as Lost.

"V" was adapted from a Sinclair Lewis work entitled "It Can't Happen Here" published in the 1930s.

The title is clearly ironic, because as we all know, it CAN happen here.

I watched "V" in the 80s and I couldn't understand what the hell was going on for the first 30 minutes of the new "V". Did they get some writers from "Heroes"? I don't have that much patience.
