Stuffing...

Turkey, collards, yams, cornbread dressing, cranberry gel(canned), white corn casserole,
sliced tomatoes, shallot onions, baby green lima beans, pecan pie.

what am I having? TV dinner. That was stuff Mom used to make.

Mary Callender's Honey Roasted Turkey frozen dinner looks really good

Leftover turkey sammitch on soft bread with mayo, celery salt, maybe a little stuffing. <drool>. If you haven't tried a bit of celery salt on a turkey sandwich, you really should.

Leftover pumpkin pie out of the fridge with a big dollop of real whipped cream on top.

I stop right there. Agree it's the food of gods.

I'm a huge fan of the leftover turkey sandwiches. My favorite combo is turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, lettuce, bacon and mayo...pure awesome. The other option is turkey, stuffing, corn, mashed taters and gravy.

rice black-bean salsa

We are having smoked prime rib for T Day this year, probably beef straganoff the next day. I will be making baked potatoes, green beans with bacon, baked taters and salad. Warm gingerbread with lemon hard sauce and ice cream, as well as pumpkin pie for dessert. Yummm! I am so glad I can cook!

Mmmmmm.. yummy! Traditional Thanksgiving fare is my all time favorite meal. I could eat it every single day. There are a hundred different, delicious ways to serve leftovers.
