I usually buy kirkland diapers but I had a coupon for huggies. Being a FW warrior I went with the huggies. Now when ever my 1 year old poops it blows out the side of the diaper also over night she leaks through onto her clothes. Will Costco take back the rest of the unused huggie diapers about 200 left out of 224?

Most likely.

"Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund."

Cool I thought so I just never return an open box 1/4 used product before.

Take your one year old with you and give a demonstration of the defective diapers.
They may give you a refund and some free Kirkland diapers just to get you out of the store.

Customer service FTW

Costco Returns sounds like title of a sequel movie.

I'm holding out for Costco 3: This Time It's Personal!

What the heck are you feeding your kid?

We feed her the usual baby food. She eats pretty good which is great since she is underweight. For what ever reason these huggie diapers suck. They don't fit snug around her thighs and the poo gets projected outs. Never had an issue with Kirkland diapers (older huggie design).

Use until there are only two diapers left then return it. That's the norm at Costco. Then buy a smaller size Huggies.

I've seen someone(not me) return empty bags of frozen food before...

Haha how does that work?

"uh, when I got home, the bags were empty."

I used to work for a grocery chain with a "satisfaction guarantee". Folks who worked at the stores have told me that it wasn't unusual for people to bring back the bones from a meat purchase, say they didn't like it, and get their money back.

What should they have done, spit it out?
