I had a buyer yesterday that could not get her AMEX approved through Paypal to pay for an eBay purchase. She is a repeat customer and is using a business AMEX.
Did anyone else see issues with AMEX/Paypal? Maybe an overload of one or the other's approval system yesterday?
I have not heard back from her if she tried again . . . $300 sale on the line . . . Grrr!

If she was a previous buyer, why did she not use the card she had before?

That's the problem, she is using the same card through PayPal as before . . . still nothing. Though, if she's having an issue now, it's not likely PayPal/AMEX's fault.
