A buyer has told me he wants to return an item. He says it is defective. (It was a new sealed item.) I have a 14 day return policy, which has long past. The 45 day SNAD deadline has also passed. The 60 day feedback deadline has not yet passed.
At this time, can I safely refuse to accept a return? I think I could delay things until after the 60 day feedback deadline.
