Sold some stuff over the weekend, woke up to 2 emails, one had 3 trademark violations, then another had 1 trademark violation, I can still sell as of today but they put Policy compliance very low, should I expect to be suspended soon or was this just a warning? this was a first time offense with the 4 products(same company.) thanks for any info in advance and can this be fought?

Are you a powerseller? They usually will allow a couple of violations depending on your powerseller status. That said, you need to contact the trademark holders to see what violations existed in your listings. You should still be able to sell but your status will be low until the violations "fall off" (it should say in your detailed seller ratings). I would tread lightly until the violations fall off.

In the Policy Violations section, it says how long it takes for the policy violations to roll off. Usually it's quite long @ 90-120 days.

I didn`t expect this, something I sold for the first time but will not sell again. It was the same product, got nixed for it 4 times, what was funny was they waited till after they were sold before they acted. if I had known, I would have not put these up.
Do you know what your violation was for in particular? Was it for using text/slogans, photos, brand names?

I think it was brand name and I am pretty sure a competitor complained as mine were low price,I was just trying to get rid of them. everybody else who had this product were all taken down except for one.

you should've gotten an email with a contact email in it. I would write to the trademark holder to ask what part of the the trademark you violated. You may still be able to sell your items but just make sure that you don't overstep the trademark holder's rights.

What was the item in question? What is the brand name? What was the wording you used to describe it?
