Got this interesting email. Looks like if you're using it for people you know rather than buying something with PayPal, it's now free on both sides. Supposedly, it's also free if you choose "gift" inside of PayPal payment options.
Must be PayPal or bank balance, and must be US to US payment.
I can't find any "terms and conditions". Since this is Paypal, I would like to read the fine print in the terms and conditions before I would be sure a transfer would be free.
Brad it's in the revised UA. The payment does not need to be marked as a gift, but rather as any kind of personal payment, and be funded by a bank balance or existing funds in order to be fee-free.
