Hello, I bought a Sony digital camera on eBay several days ago for about $76. The seller described the carema as: "This item is USED and is good working condition. All functions tested works good only problem is it will drained battery empty if battery left inside even though not in use. If you don't mind remove batteries after use then will be no problem. This is a good working camera and takes excellent pictures". The seller also mentioned in the listing: "Sold AS IS. No return after sale so bid accordingly." The camera arrived today and it is not in "good working condition" AT ALL. I used 2 fully charged batteries (just charged yesterday) and it can only take 5 pictures and then the camera shows the battery is low and powers off. I know the seller mentioned "No return", but since the item is NOT AS Described, I believe this situation will overwrite his/her no-return policy, because the "no-return" is on the basis that the camera is in "good working condition" as described. I have sent the seller a message and am waiting for his/her reply. If he/she refuse to take it back and refund me, what options do I have? Dispute to eBay? to Paypal? Or to my credit card (I used credit card to fund this purchase through Paypal)? He/she is a big camera seller on eBay with 4000+ feedback and 99.7 % Positive. Thanks! |
