For the past couple of weeks, I've been trying to order supplies and every time I log in after adding the items to the cart I get an error that states:
The command cannot be completed because the parameter "URL" was not specified.
I then thought maybe I'll try signing up a new account, yet when I click the "Sign Up" link, it just reloads the page. Therefore, I can't log in with my current account, and can't sign up a new one. I've tried different computers (home and work) and IE8 and FF, with no luck. Can anyone else log in? I can't imaging that USPS wouldn't notice customers being unable to order supplies for multiple weeks.

I just ordered some boxes and it worked great. I used Firefox. Clear your cookies and try again. Maybe you can call them and order?

Yes, I am having the same problem with no way to work around it. I sent customer service an e-mail with the error message and they said that they are aware of the issue and suggested that I order by phone 1-800-STAMP-24.

Your not the only one! I've also been having this same problem for the past couple weeks. Tried different computers, IE7, IE8, Firefox, all have the same results! I have just emailed USPS. Maybe they will fix it. Unreal that this has been going on for several weeks now.

I'm sad because they no longer offer the small boxes. I could drive up to the post office on a Sunday and drop that puppy in. The next size doesn't fit. Dang.

What small boxes do you speak of? I haven't noticed any changes.

Anyone seen those 5 x 5 x 5 Priority boxes before? I'm wondering when they'll have it available online. Also I'm not very fond of those Flat Rate boxes, they're all very thin. Wish they would make them thicker like those regular Priority boxes.

PRIORITY MAIL mailing boxes 0-1096S. (They were a smaller version of the Large Video Box 1096L.)

Wow you can fit a lot of stuff in that box for a flat rate. LOL
Well, I guess I should check to see how much it is. If it's $4.90 then that will work!

It is! Oh I'm so glad I said something on this thread then! I'll order them! Thanks Dave!!!
I used to use those small O-1096S boxes too, and has now switched to the small flat rate box. But they are a little thinner so they are not as strong as before...

I have tried all browsers. All get the same error. So it must be something up with USPS. I still have yet to be able to order supplies online. They mine as well just shut that part of their website down. Been over a month now.

I figured out a fix. If you can sign in to USPS from the link on the main page and then click the link on the next page for 'Edit your Profile' Make sure all the required fields are filled in. By filling in the phone number for my account I was able to make purchases without problems.

Yep! Adding my phone number FIXED THE PROBLEM! Thanks so much for sharing that. Too bad the USPS couldn't have shared that little tip with me over the last few weeks.
