Just got a CB as unauthorized from about 2 months ago on a $280 item. Eligible for SPP but the buyer (or probably the thief) went and picked it up at the fedex depot before the first delivery attempt (he did sign the buyer's name though).
Does SPP cover you as long as you shipped it to the correct address? I remember reading something about this earlier.

I have had 4 or 5 laptops buyer claim unauthorized charges in the last 2 years. A small percentage of 100's sold. On each money was taken from me, I provided proper link to siggy delivery, I was given back the funds in about 3 weeks.
They just debited my account for the $$$. It's probably cause it got picked up at the fedex depot instead of delivered to the address. But i'll call tomorrow and see about getting them to cover it under seller protection policy.

Do you have proof of delivery.
he signed for it at the fedex terminal.
I just got an email saying it should be covered after they kept telling me it wouldn't be on the phone. It says 3 days for reimbursement so we'll see if that is true or not.
