1) what's the best trackable way to ship to Philipines? 2) buyer payment is via Paypal. How does Paypal deal with foreign transactions in case of dispute? 3) any exp shipping to Philippines?
I usually avoid the Philippines since they've become a magnet for scams. How expensive is the item and how's the buyer's feedback? Any red flags? In regards to tracking, you're limited to Global Express and Priority Mail International (non flat-rate).

Express mail international (including flat rate envelope) is probably the best way - tracking is usually good. Must have tracking because buyer can just dispute through credit card and you are out of luck.
