Any one know about Fedex Closing status ?

I sent a Ground package prepaid online by credit card through FedEx for first time.

Even though they quoted a temporary price even after 10 days after item delivery the transaction status is still showing as ''not closed''.

Any one know how long FedEx take to close the transaction after delivery ?

I am increasingly concerned they will overcharge my credit card ?

UPS charges me every sunday. Wouldn't it be better to call FedEx?
