The only way I know of making a payment from more than once source is if you carry some paypal balance that doesn't cover the entire purchase, you can clean out the ppal account and then the remaining balance from another source such as credit card, ppal payment or bank account, etc.

But other than that, is there a way to make a single payment somewhere that might draw from a Visa Gift card of $50, then another $xxx from a difference credit card (as example), or possibly even more multiple sources? Not necessarily PayPal, but any online payment method or perhaps an online store that will allow multiple source payments?

Update: I notice you can use 2 credit cards on Dell.com
