So my boss ordered a razor from a 6 feedback eBay seller in SC for $120

He received the razor from Wal-Mart.com (shipped directly from Wal-Mart) with a receipt that said the purchase was for $180. The WalMart buyer's address is from Massachusettes, different name. The seller responsed to an inquiry by saying that "sometimes I sell direct, sometimes I post other sales". No idea what that means.

Is this a stolen credit card?

May be the seller was out of stock. So he purchased from WalMart & send it to buyer to avoid negative feedback.

or May be he is trying to use the gift card he got as gift or he may have some kind of coupon or Cash Back offer.

That's the second/third most likely explanation, far behind stolen CC.

Except neither scenario explains direct shipping from WalMart with the "buyer/shipper" being in a different state and having a different name than the eBay seller.

If you buy from WalMart all fulfillment are done from a central warehouse and the location vary state to state. So WalMart may ship items from different locations according to availability from a different state. That happened to me a lot from WalMart.

Also I want to add some sellers or their relatives are WalMart employees also so they get further employee discount also.

I know some sellers on eBay who use Sam's Club as their drop shipper.I also used them when sometimes I ran out of inventory due to sales at various site at same time.

"sometimes I post other sales" means in my opinion, he sells for clients on a percentage based fee [35%-45%?]
