How to get eBay Bucks certificate back after SNAD refund?

I bought an item and used an eBay Bucks certificate in the transaction. The item turned out to be SNAD and the seller refunded my PP payment after I returned it but I lost the eBay Bucks certificate in the process. How do I get it back? Thanks!

Call PayPal.
I had to file PayPal dispute for an INR. I used eBay bucks for partial payment. I received full refund from PayPal after PayPal ruled in my favor.

Same as vcxzfdsa, I got a refund from buyer, the eBay bucks were credited back to my acct.
