I am selling $15 gift cards on eBay. It can be shipped by First class mail, the cost is only 44¢. But I don't see any option for Delivery Confirmation for First class mail. Only priority mail have delivery confirmation option.
I need to ship with tracking or delivery confirmation, lowest shipping cost. If I ship without tracking & buyer claims not received I loose. Preferably shipping cost around $2. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
FCM package hve delivery confirmation from paypal already built in. U can just use the smallest package available and get the weight to 1 or 2 oz. Depending on destination, would be under $2 for sure

Yes, that how to do it. However you need to make it a "package/thick envelope". Just wrap it in bubble wrap to puff it up to 3/4". You'll get DC and it'll be a little under $2.
However at a mere $15 I'd be tempted to save the approx. $1.50 difference, forgo the DC and take my chances using the first class letter rate.
Thank you both. I never used Paypal for shipping before. My total came to $1.58 for shipping 2oz envelop with DC. Can you use Paypal shipping if you did not sell item at eBay?

Yes, there's a link which will allow you to fill out a blank form (search around) or I just go into PayPal Multi-Order Shipping and go to "File > Create New Orders".
Just make sure you stuff something into the envelope with the gift card - if it is not at least 3/4 inch thick USPS may upgrade you to Priority mail, and bill the buyer (via postage due)

I didn't know. I mailed mine in letter size padded envelop, but it's not thick maybe 1mm. Hope they don't upgrade & bill buyer.
