Is there a way to set up Paypal so that it is not possible to receive funds from a delayed eCheck? And to only receive instant payments?

No, on eBay you are required to accept all forms of Paypal payment. It makes it a pain when someone pays from their bank account and you have to wait for it to "clear" just like a real check. Some people used to be able to do this to avoid CC payment fees from Paypal because their accounts were restricted, but now, as far as I know, there is no way to set up a restriction on the TYPE of Paypal payment. eBay will even remove your listing if you state anywhere that you won't accept all forms of Paypal when accepting Paypal.

You have to list items as fixed price format and tick the option as ''immediate payment required''.

Then the buyer cannot use delayed echeck.

This method is not available with auction formats.
