I sold a laptop on eBay, but the problem that i don't feel comfort with the seller, since he sent me note
"Please attach a Custom Declaration Form required by USPS for all packages sending to Saipan, USA. Just declare the PC for $$$$ so that no stealer will consider this “cheap” PC. Since UPS/FedEx won’t ship it to my place, please mail it via USPS Domestic Priority Mail. Please don't send it out via USPS Parcel Post, which will take 2-3 months' delivery time."
Im feeling worried and im asking if there is any risk ???

UPS/FDX can't deliver to a PO box and allot of big sellers are UPS only. Actually UPS will accept a package addressed to a PO Box, I have done it multiple times. UPS will put a post card in the PO Box saying to pick up the package at the UPS station. For those who do not want UPS packages left unattended on their doorstop, sending UPS packages to a PO Box makes a lot of sense.
1. make sure the transaction is spp eligible 2. make sure you can (and do) get a signature required (I think some zip's in territories don't allow sig confirmation so make sure yours does) 3. declare the purchase price of the laptop and get insurance for that amount.
