Will I be protected? I am a powerseller and have extended protection, but I just want to be sure. The member does not sound like a scammer and is just inquiring because I do not currently ship out of the US. Here is the message he sent me.

"Hello there. I read your shipping options carefully, but I dare to ask though. Would you like to ship overseas - to Almaty, Kazakhstan, postal code 050000? USPS Express or Priority Mail International would be fine. I'll pay via Paypal (verified account).
Thank you."
