I've been a consistent seller on eBay for about 2 years now. My eBay feedback rating is a hair under 600. My DSR record is:

Item as described 4.9
Communication 4.8
Shipping Time 4.8
Shipping and Handling Charges 4.6

I was trying to upload some items tonight using TurboLister and received an error message on 3 items. I was able to upload 7 other items with no problem.

The message reads this:

eBay Turbo Lister said:Thank you for choosing eBay. In order to help maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on listings. At this time, you are limited as to the listing of certain items. Please do not attempt to relist this item for 30 days. Sellers who have a consistent positive selling history of such items may be eligible to have these limits raised. If you would like eBay to review your limits or if you have any additional questions, please email us at Customer Support. We sincerely value you as a member of our trading Community and look forward to a continued successful relationship with you. There you go. Not accusing you of anything, but it's quite possible that one of your buyers complained about authenticity issues. I would try e-mailing eBay CS (hope you powerseller and maybe you van call then).

I had a similar issue a while back when it wouldn't list me more than a certain amount of software titles (I bought a bunch of Adobe and Vista OS at closing CompUSA). Called support basically saying what a hell? I got 99.9 FB (man, those were the days!), I'm a PS, pay $xxx in fees every month, blah-blah-blah. Restriction was lifted 15 min. later

Hm...yeah, I am a not a PowerSeller, but I do see your point. I have already sent an e-mail out so let me wait for their response.

I had a similar issue a while back when I tried to list a (genuine) Louis Vuitton item. Powerseller support sorted it out. For good measure I also emailed eBay support and they got back to me THREE WEEKS LATER and, just to make it themselves even less useful, they didn't address the problem.

I'll just wait and list it later. I'm not in a hurry.

Some manufacturers do not allow their products to be sold outside of authorized licensed dealers (such as Louis Vuitton) even if the item is authentic. After losing the lawsuit in France, eBay will be more strict and vigilant in this area.

they lifted my restriction after my e-mail.

Annoying. Listing a bunch of stuff Nike and Adidas stuff, and got the restriction. Waiting for e-mail response. Lame!
