I have had a few listings purchased by buyers in India and China. Unfortunately, these listings do not have international shipping as an option. Is there any way to fully block them? I have done the buyer restriction (registered in countries I do not ship) but is there anything else?
This is aggravating as these are clearly non-paying bidders and really, even if they do pay with Paypal, I'll be refunding b/c they will most likely be future disputes.

Edit your buyer requirements within your eBay account.
Check the box that says "Block buyers who are in countries in which I don't ship."
Edit: it should be "Block buyers who are in countries to which I don't ship."
so far that's the only block I know and it looks like you already have it checked.
I've already clicked the "Are registered in countries to which I don't ship". I don't know/think there's another button for "Block buyers who are in countries in which I don't ship."
Are the buyers getting through ones who are registered on eBay in the U.S.? If so, and they are indicating foreign residence, invalid contact info alerts sound appropriate.
