Got this in Feb. 2009 for my Delta Skymiles AMEX card.
"Certificate valid for one $99 round-trip Coach-class Companion Ticket with the purchase of any adult special round-trip Coach-class ticket (booked in L, U or T class). Travel applicable on Delta Air Lines, Delta Connection carriers (excluding American Eagle), and Delta Shuttle flights (excludes all other Delta-designated codeshare flights). Travel valid only on published routings within the 48 contiguous United States. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska must originate from there to the 48 contiguous United States."
EDIT: You have to use your Delta Skymiles AMEX Credit card to buy the ticket.

It says complete travel within 1 year from date of issue. The date of issue is: 02/26/2009, so exp. is probably 02/26/2010.
Did not have any trade in mind specifically. But Amazon gift cards or other similar would be ok as long as it is from a senior member. Otherwise $50 by Paypal.
